This will be the easiest afternoon snack you make. Prep it ahead of time, take the jar of goodness with you, and you will be ready when your 2pm belly starts to call to you.
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup of chia seeds
2 tsp of maple syrup
1 tablespoon of cocoa nibs
Handful of blackberries (or fruit of choice)
Whisk together milk, chia seeds and maple syrup. Leave in the fridge overnight or at least one hour. Top with blackberries and cocoa nibs when you are ready to eat.
