Sprouted Quinoa Sesame Salad Urban Hippie Granola

Salad mixture

2 cups Broccoli slaw (shredded broccoli stalks, carrots, red cabbage)

1 1/4 cups Sprouted quinoa, sprouted wild rice, sprouted brown rice, sprouted red rice

1/2 mango

Pumpkin seeds (lightly toasted in dry pan)

Crispy jalapeños or onions (optional).

Mix all ingredients together

Asian Vinagrette:

    • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1/2 tablespoon ginger
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
    • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
    • 1/2 cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, lightly toasted
    • 1 tablespoon red onion


  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl
  2. Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking constantly so that the dressing will emulsify.
  3. Once dressing is combined, add  onions.
