Superfood Breakfast Bowl with Gojiberries and Pumpkin Seeds


I make most of the food in my house, even though my husband is an excellent cook. He wasn't always. When we first met, he thought salsa was the main condiment for every. single. dish.  Since then, I've turned him into a food snob so now he's an excellent chef.  He once made us a meal that was so good, we ate it standing on at the counter, licking our fingers, like wild animals. It was all over us. We never made it to the table. We have no manners.

That being said, you don't need to make complicated dishes to make them great. It's all about layering and pairing complimentary flavors together.  This breakfast is so simple and filled with nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants. Great for novices and experts.

Ingredients:

Yogurt, Wild Blueberries, Bee Pollen, Flax Seeds, Chia Seeds, Goji berries, Pumpkin seeds, and Urban Hippie granola.

Directions: 

Pour desired amount of yogurt in bowl. Sprinkle ingredients on top. Find spoon. Eat up!
